The house
Our cotage is located in Ammerschwihr, on the Wine Route in the heart of the vineyards.
The village is 2 km from Kaysersberg voted France's favourite village in 2017, and 5 km from Colmar, the capital of Alsace wines.
This large 370m2 Alsatian house dates back to the late 17th century and was completely renovated in 2018. It can accommodate up to 15 people.
On the ground floor, you'll find a large entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a small lounge. There is also a bedroom for 2 people and shared bathroom facilities.
The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms for 2 people and a library area in the middle.
Two of the bedrooms overlook the village's Porte Haute, home to a stork nest.
A large loft-style communal area is located on the 2nd floor. Here you'll find 5 single beds and a TV area with games console. Children's games are also available.
The garden level will be a place for sharing, where you can spend convivial evenings playing billiards or table football, or watching a film thanks to the home cinema equipment. An infra-red sauna is also available for you to recharge your batteries, as is a laundry room with shared bathroom facilities.
The house also has an outdoor area with a large terrace and barbecue. You can share meals outside, as the terrace is equipped with large tables and garden furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 fridges (one with a freezer section), filter coffee maker, kettle, Nespresso machine, Kenwood food processor, raclette machines, pierrade and plancha.
The dining room opens onto the kitchen and includes a table for 15 people, an audio system with digital radio, Bluetooth receiver and Spotify subscription included, and air conditioning.
A small lounge adjoining the dining room and kitchen, with 2 sofas, a coffee table and a television with Netflix subscription included and air conditioning.

La buanderie est Ă©quipĂ©e d’un sanitaire, d’un lave-linge et d’un sèche-linge sĂ©parĂ©, d’un Ă©tendoir, d’une planche et d’un fer Ă repasser. La lessive n’est pas fournie.
La Terrasse extérieure est partiellement abritée et permettra de recevoir les 15 occupants. Elle comporte des tables, bancs, salon de jardin, parasol et barbecue.
Le garage sous la terrasse permettra de mettre à l’abris sous la terrasse 1 voiture ou des motos, vélos, …
La Cour intérieure ou permettra le stationnement de 1 à 2 véhicules supplémentaires selon leurs dimensions.
