House rules
- Maximum 15 people in the accommodation
- no parties, no soirées
- no noise outside after 10pm
- no parking in front of the house, even in the marked spaces reserved for local residents
- pas d’animaux autorisĂ©s
- non-smoking accommodation inside
- candles prohibited
- Presence of a camera on the terrace (installed in 2021 following tenant abuse), saving videos for a period of 7 days

Access for disabled people
Our traditional Alsatian house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the presence of several staircases, one of which is essential for access to the ground floor.
Parking
- Possibility to fit 2 to 3 cars in the courtyard depending on their size
- Free parking 150 metres from the house
- Possibility of parking in front of the house or in the spaces marked out in front of the house solely for unloading/loading luggage.
For the little ones, free of charge:
- 2 umbrella beds on request,
- a high chair

For the planet
The house is equipped with presence detectors that control the lighting in high-traffic areas and bathrooms. All the lights are LED.
Heating and air conditioning are provided by an air-to-air heat pump.
The house has extra insulation, triple-glazed windows and a dual-flow central heating system.
The subject of energy consumption is close to our hearts, and beyond the financial aspect, thank you for joining us in helping to save the planet's resources:
- Notifying us of any leaks you may notice (in toilet bowls, taps, etc.)
- By limiting the length of showers
- By applying eco-gestures
- By sorting waste conscientiously

- Household waste (to be taken out on Thursday evenings)
